Photo Engraving in crystal clear glass in a blue gift box. One of a kind unique creation to show your love.
The size of the glass tower is 6"H x 4"W x 1.5"D. About 15 cm x 10 cm x 4 cm. The glass piece net weight is over 2 lbs.
The LED light wood base and crystals are optional with extra cost. The base has rechargeable battery and charging cord.
From ordering to deliver the product to your door, usually takes about 2-3 weeks.
Here's how it works:
1. Email me a clear photo that you want to 3D engrave. We will use Photoshop cut out your image and remove the background.
2. Clear photos make the work much easier. Old photos can be engraved too, just the quality of the image would be less vivid.
3. The price is for 1 or 2 figures in the image. If There are more than 2 figures, it'll be extra $5 per figure added.
4. You can add a short text with the image, only $10 extra. Any gift message printed on paper will be FREE.
5. Usually takes about 2-3 weeks to have it delivered to your door.

We usually ship within 24 hours. So delivery time will be 2 - 4 days. We ship via FedEx 2 days express Mon - Wed, and ship via USPS Priority Mail Thur - Sat.
What should I do if package is lost or damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged item, we will file insurance claim for you and offer free replacement or full refund.
Please provide a SAFE and COMPLETE address for accurate and speedy delivery. If your address incorrect caused the package returns, we will charge you extra $10 to $20 fee to ship your order again.
Are the 3 free boxes of incense made from reliable materials? I am very sensitive.
Yes, all 3 type of incense (Cone, Coil and Stick) are made from all natural materials, no additional chemicals added. I can't promise they are organic, but incense materials were all natural.
However, If you have asthma or other allergies and breathing issues, stay away from commercial incense might be a good idea. You can still use the burner but not the incense. You need to order specialty loose grain incense.
Bottom line, please consult your doctor if you have concern for incense smoke allergy.
Can you personalize the item and add my gift message?
